Getting to know your Timeline
Our unique multidirectional design allows you to quickly swipe through a lifetime of significant events faster and more efficiently than the standard social network vertical design.

Set Up Your Profile
In Timelyne, just adding a profile picture to go with your name is not enough. This is the story of your life and we want to know more about the author (YOU)! Spend some time in your bio, link up your social networks and add some amazing images to your gallery to let the world know what you’re all about.
Most Popular Events
Consider this The Greatest Hits of your account. Your top 5 most liked events will appear in this section and you can also view other users most popular events in their profiles. Sidenote: You can only see likes and comments for your own posts – never for anyone else’s.
Create A New Post
Whenever you want to share a significant event in your life, you’ll want to create a new life event. If you choose to place that life event on your timeline, it will also show up in your friends Activity Feed. You can also create events just for your own eyes. More on that in the Privacy Settings.
Editing An Existing Post
You can manage your events in My Timeline > Life Events. To edit the events you can either click on the event card on the top timeline to bring up the event details, or you can click on the eye icon in your event list to bring up the event details. Once on event details, click the three dots on the card to Edit or Delete that event.
Cropping Images
We believe strongly that a picture is worth a thousand words. So let’s upload some beautiful photos to go along with your amazing stories. In order top optimize those photos to look great on your account, we recommend cropping your photos to a 4:3 ratio in our cropper but you can also unlock the cropper for a custom fit. Note: We require good quality photos of at least 400w x 300h in size, and no transparent images (png).
Privacy Settings
Privacy is important. You can easily hide your name from appearing in the search bar by going to your Timeline Settings and turning off “Public View”. You can copy your profile link and share it however you ant. We created Timelyne for to give you the opportunity to share your life events with others…. but also give you the option to save events just for your eyes only. For that reason, all created events come with the option to add that event on your timeline for either just your to see, you + your friends, or everyone to see. You can also choose not to have it only your timeline at all and only in your Life Events list for you to see. Keep in mind, you can change the privacy settings at any time.
